Bob WagnerÕs Flooring America has been Chester CountyÕs premier flooring resource for over 40 years. Today, we have three locations to serve you: Downingtown, West Chester, and Middletown. Beginning by working out of his motherÕs garage in Downingtown, Bob Wagner quickly grew his business, and in 1979 he built the Downingtown location. The Downingtown store has serviced Thorndale, Coatesville, Exton, Malvern, as far north as Phoenixville and as far south as Avondale since it first opened its doors. Seeing the need for more growth to better service Chester County and beyond, Bob Wagner opened the West Chester store in early 1989. Between the two stores, they were able to service farther east into the Main Line and farther south into Delaware. As the Delaware market grew, BobÕs son Matt took ownership of the store and soon realized that in order to better service our Delaware customers, he would need a physical presence there. In 2007, our Middletown, Delaware store opened, allowing us to reach even farther south into Delaware and Maryland. Bob WagnerÕs has been a family-run small business since 1975.
